Minimum 2-3 yrs experience in sales (Experience preferred in IT Software Sales).
· Should handle complete sales cycle (Prospecting to closure)
· Experience with customer identification, call planning, account management and closure.
· Prospect and create a sales pipeline via team, outbound calling, email communications etc.
· Should do a detailed research on accounts before conducting a call.
· Ensure weekly & monthly sales targets are achieved.
· Capable of generating own leads.
· Excellent Communication Skills and negotiation skills.
· Producing regular activity reports as requested.
